RedFox Thank You provides a comprehensive set of Gutenberg blocks specifically designed for creating beautiful thank you and order failed pages. This guide introduces you to all available blocks and how to use them.

What Are Blocks?#

Blocks are the building pieces of your thank you pages. Each block serves a specific purpose:

  • Display order information
  • Show customer details
  • Provide download links
  • Create custom layouts

All blocks are:

  • Easy to Use – Drag and drop interface
  • Fully Customizable – Complete styling control
  • Responsive – Work on all devices
  • Secure – Built with WordPress best practices

Block Categories#

RedFox Thank You blocks are organized into two categories:

1. System Blocks#

These blocks are for page-level content:

  • Thank You Block – Main content area for successful orders
  • Order Failed Block – Content area for failed orders

Note#

You don’t need to worry about system blocks. It will be handled by the plugin.

2. Content Blocks#

These blocks display specific information:

  • Customer Details – Complete customer information
  • Customer Info – Individual customer data fields
  • Order Details – Comprehensive order table
  • Order Info – Individual order data pieces
  • Downloads – Digital product downloads
  • Inline Container – Flexible layout container

How to Add Blocks#

Method 1: Block Inserter#

  1. Click the + (plus) button in the editor
  2. Search for “RedFox” or the specific block name
  3. Click on the block to add it
  4. Configure settings in the sidebar

Method 2: Slash Command#

  1. Type / in the editor
  2. Start typing the block name
  3. Select from the dropdown
  4. Press Enter to insert

Method 3: Browse All Blocks#

  1. Click the + button
  2. Browse to RedFox Thank You category
  3. See all available blocks
  4. Click to insert
