- You may install and use our purchased plugins on the number of sites specified in your license package.
- While the code is GPL, we do not permit the resale or redistribution of our premium products (including license keys) on third-party marketplaces without our express written permission.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features or purchase products, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are prohibited from sharing your account details or license keys with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity or unauthorized sharing.
3. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds
Payment Processing
We use Freemius as our Merchant of Record. Freemius handles all secure payment processing, licensing, and tax collection (such as VAT or GST). By purchasing our products, you also agree to Freemius’s terms and privacy policy.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Our products are sold as subscriptions (e.g., annual or lifetime).
- Annual Licenses: Automatically renew each year to ensure continued access to updates and support. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
- Lifetime Licenses: Provide access to updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
Refund Policy

4. Product Support
Support is provided to customers with an active license.
- Scope: We assist with plugin installation, configuration, and fixing bugs related to our products.
- Limitations: We do not provide support for issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or custom code modifications. We do not offer general WordPress training or custom development services.
- Availability: We strive to respond to support tickets within 24-48 hours during business days. Support is not provided via social media channels.
5. Intellectual Property
While our plugin code is GPL-licensed, all other content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of RedFox WP and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written consent.
6. Warranty Disclaimer

- We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all third-party software (plugins, themes, or server configurations).
- We are not responsible for any data loss or site issues that may occur while using our products. We strongly recommend backing up your site before installing any new plugins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedFox WP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, support, and account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms (e.g., license key sharing, abusive behavior towards support staff, or fraud).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Naogaon, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
